Strawberry Guava

Native to Brazil, this tree can reach 30 ft and will bear fruit between 3-6 years old. Its fruit is ovular in shape, grows to around 2 in and is closely related to common guava. The whole fruit can be eaten as both the skin and interior are soft and tasty. It can also be used to make jam and its wood is used to make poles.
