Cashew

Cashew trees are native to Northeastern Brazil. These evergreens can reach 46 ft in height and are known for both the cashew seed and its apple pseudofruit, a pear-shaped structure. Although it's usually called a nut, the kidney-shaped drupe that grows at the end of the apple is in fact a fruit and quite a delicious one!
